Notes: A lot of what I've learned about photography has come from Strobist.com. When this was taken I was participating in Boot Camp 2, a program or course for people starting out. I'm not sure that I'm as new as some of the people participating, but the exercise and assignments are great for stretching and practice. It will force me to shoot things I might not normally and that's what I need.
The premise for this was a head shot of someone affected by the recession. Here in Saskatchewan we haven't experienced much downturn or economy shrinking, but at the time Angie was looking at a career change so she was a perfect, and near by, subject.
